RESOLUTION NO. 04-72

PERTAINING TO SPECIAL APPROPRIATION PROJECT NUMBER

SAP 03-0355-STB

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE NEW MEXICO ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT (NMED) AND THE VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLEY, GRANTEE.

WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Village of Taos Ski Valley (Village), State of New Mexico meet on September 2, 2003 for the purpose of designating a representative and signatories for the grant agreement in the above project;

IT IS, THEREFORE, RESOLVED that Ray Keen is the authorized representative of the Village on the project and Vanessa Chisholm and Ray Keen are the signatories who are authorized to sign reimbursement requests and other documents on the project.

PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2^nd day of September, 2003.
