RESOLUTION NO. 2004-80

Amendment to Resolution No. 2004-72

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE NEW MEXICO ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT (NMED) AND THE VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLEY, GRANTEE, PERTAINING TO SPECIAL APPROPRIATION PROJECT NUMBER

SAP 03-0355-STB

WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Village of Taos Ski Valley (Village), State of New Mexico, passed Resolution No. 2004-72 on September 2, 2003 appointing Ray Keen to be the authorized representative for the grant agreement on the above project and authorized Vanessa Chisholm and Ray Keen to be the signatories who are authorized to sign the reimbursement requests and other documents on the project; and

WHEREAS, the Village will meet on March 9, 2004 for the purpose of designating a new representative and new signatories for the grant agreement in the above project;

IT IS, THEREFORE, RESOLVED that the Village authorizes Mayor Neal King to sign this agreement for this project and appoints Village Administrator, Rob Straebel, as the GRANTEE REPRESENTATIVE - Authorized to submit any documents pertaining to the project and act as the single point of contact.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village appoints Mayor Neal King as the SIGNATORY AUTHORITY - Authorized to sign reimbursement requests and other documents requiring a signature for submittal to the New Mexico Environment Department
