AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 2004-84

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING A PERMANENT ADJUSTMENT TO CASH AS FOLLOWS

            WHEREAS, hereby resolved that the Village of Taos Ski Valley having met in a regular meeting on March 9, 2004 proposes to make an adjustment to cash as follows:

            WHEREAS,      At the regular meeting of the Village of Taos Ski Valley governing body on February 3, 2004, an authorization for the expenditure of EMS money for a Wilderness Bridge Course with funds diverted from the General fund was approved; and

            WHEREAS,      A permanent budget transfer under such circumstances is necessary and lawful, the approved cash transfer should be made.

            THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Taos Ski Valley hereby approves, authorizes and directs that the Village of Taos Ski Valley budget for fiscal year 2003-2004 be amended accordingly.
