VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLEY

RESOLUTION NO. 98-26

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION/RE-USE OF THE AUDIO TAPES USED TO RECORD THE VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETINGS.

WHEREAS, the Village of Taos Ski Valley (“Governmental Unit”) authorizes the Village Clerk to destroy/re-use the audio tapes used to record the Village Council meetings after the minutes are approved by the governing body.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF TAOS SKI VALLEY:

          Section 1.     This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.

PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 1998.
