There will be a special Council meeting on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at the Municipal Office, 7 Firehouse Road, 2nd Floor.  The public, as always, is invited to attend.  The meeting will start as an open meeting.  The Council will then go to a closed executive session to discuss pending litigation  After the closed session the meeting will then be open where there will be a discussion, consideration and possible action on pending litigation.  For further information please contact the Village Offices at 575-776-8220.
