Public Works Department has noticed that a lot of these types of paper towels are entering the Wastewater Treatment Plant via the sewer lines.  We would like to ask all commercial and residential customers to please be aware that these cause serious problems in our sewer system, such as blockages, over-flows and possible violations should such event occur. 

Please inform your maintenance and housekeeping staff to dispose of these in the trash and not down the TOILET.  Thank you, Public Works Director.
