Wheeler Peak Water Issues Notice
To Wheeler Peak Condominium owners:
The latest update concerning the recent water issues at Wheeler Peak Condos is that the pumps necessary to pump water to the Kachina Tank were ordered two weeks ago and should be here by the middle of next week. Village Public Works crew members will work to quickly install the pumps needed to fill the Kachina Water tank. This should allow water to flow to the Wheeler Peak Condos.
It is impossible to determine an exact date for Wheeler Peak Condos having a supply of water but the hope is that water would be restored late next week.
In addition, Village Public Works crews are digging down to very deep water lines near the Phoenix Lodge to determine the possible location of a leak in the line leading from the Chlorination Station at Phoenix Spring.
In the meantime, the Village will not bill any condo owners for a water charge in May, and a credit will be issued for the April bills.
