Contact the FCC concerning cell service in the ski valley
VTSV Residents, Visitors, and Businesses,
It has been brought to our attention that contacting the FCC concerning cell service in the ski valley might get the FCC to follow up with the various carriers. When one of our residents contacted the FCC, the FCC suggested that people having cell service issues in the ski valley should file a complaint through the FCC website. The FCC employee went on to state that if enough people file complaints, the FCC will take action against the carrier. It is pretty quick and easy to file a complaint. If you’ve contacted your cell provider/carrier and have not received results to your satisfaction, we encourage you to contact the FCC.
Here is the FCC’s website and steps: https://www.fcc.gov/
Go to FCC website and click on “file a Consumer Complaint” circled in red.
That will take you to the Consumer Help Center; then, under phone icon, click on “File Complaint” circled in red.
That will take you to the Consumer Help Center, Phone Complaint page. This is where you’ll fill in your information and describe your complaint. Select and fill in the appropriate boxes and then hit submit.
