Be it resolved by the governing body of the Village of Taos Ski Valley that: 

A.      A regular municipal election for the election of municipal officers shall be held on March 4, 2014.  Polls will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. 

B.      At the regular municipal election, persons shall be elected to fill the following elective offices:
           1.         One Mayor for a four-year term

          2.         One Councilor for a four-year term

          3.         One Councilor for a four-year term         

C.      The following location is designated as the polling place for the conduct of the regular municipal election: 
         Voters registered in the Village of Taos Ski Valley shall vote at the Edelweiss Lodge and Spa Club Room at 106 Sutton Place, Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico.

D.        Candidate Filing Day is January 7, 2014 at the office of the Municipal Clerk.  Please see this important information for candidates  PDF >> Candidate’s information

E.         Last Day to register to vote with the Taos County Clerk is February 4, 2014.

F.         Absentee voting will take place from January 28, 2014 to February 28, 2014,  Applications for absentee ballot can be requested by calling 575-776-8220 ext 0#, or by e-mail at vtsv@vtsv.org

G.        Early Voting will take place at the Village office at 7 Firehouse Road from February 12, 2014 to February 28, 2014.
