     New Tax Increment Development District CRS location code 20-430

The Village of Taos Ski Valley Tax Increment Development District (TIDD) was formed on July 1, 2015. The new tax location code 20-430 was created by the New Mexico Tax and Revenue Department for use by all entities engaged in business within the TIDD boundary for use when reporting gross receipts tax. Every business that formerly reported using the Village of Taos Ski Valley location code should now report under the Village of Taos Ski Valley TIDD code.

For any gross receipts tax generated beginning July 1, 2015, the Village of Taos Ski Valley TIDD location code 20-430 should be used instead of Village of Taos Ski Valley location code 20-414. The tax rate has not changed and remains at 8.6875%

An amended report should be submitted if taxes have been filed using the former location code for July 2015.
