NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN RELATING TO POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES

The purpose of this PUBLIC NOTICE is to inform the community of a Public Hearing to consider a Capital Improvement Plan under which a Development Impact Fee may be imposed.  The service area to which the Capital Improvement Plan applies is the entire municipal area of the Village of Taos Ski Valley.

Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the Capital Improvement Plan.
