The Village Administrator sent this update to the Mayor and Council:

As a follow up to some of the citizen’s concerns presented at the council meeting, I wanted to let the council know that staff is taking the immediate following steps:

1. They are performing a sign inventory and will identify missing or weathered signs that might need replaced.
2. As at the end of the build season every year and before the kick-off of the ski season, staff is doing a general clean up or trash pick-up.  They are also talking with all contractors to request that they clean up their areas when the job is completed and/or before we get snow.
3. The “sandbox” by the Powderhorn will be removed, shored up, and repainted.
4. In regards to communication, click on the link below (left was sent out in the Sept utility bills.  We send these out a couple times a year.  Below right, was posted on the back of the envelope in a bright florescent green sticker informing people of Public Hearing at the next P&Z meeting).
