Lodgers Tax Application Documents
The Board provides input to the Village Council on the budget for the expenditures of Lodgers’ Tax funds. The Board receives and evaluates proposals from various groups for the expenditure of those funds. These proposals are incorporated into a budget for Lodgers’ Tax funds and forwarded to the Village Council.
New Mexico State Statutes require that the Board consist of two owners or operators of lodgers with the Village that pay lodgers’ tax, two owners or operators of businesses within the Village and one member at large that is a resident of the Village.

All Lodger’s Tax meetings are open to the public. Unless otherwise scheduled all meetings are planned as such, according to their individual open meetings act resolutions. Lodger’s Tax meetings are scheduled periodically. Please call the Village Office for more details.
