The Planning Department has developed an Impact Fee Economic Review in order to better understand the relationship of how Impact fees relate to property values as well as development within the Village.  This document examines published peer reviewed journals and articles and tries to break down the recent theory regarding Economic Supply and Demand and how Impact fees relate to this economically.
